I am a 32 year old tea enthusiast. I tried Mariage Frères Marco Polo tea about three years ago, and that has set me in search for the best cup of tea. I don’t pretend to know anything about tea, but hope that by chronicling my daily tastings that I will be able to articulate what is so perfect about tea in its many forms.
