I can no longer endorse Teavana after another bad interaction with their staff after I corrected the discount they gave me. They have become so devious as well. For example, they charge you full price for white tea blends but you dont get the full amount of white tea b/c of the heavier ingredients they mix in. I am looking for other options for tea from china.

Either the Teavana steeper or the ingenuitea one are freaking awesome. We have both and they are pretty much identical except the Teavana's filter will not come out, ever :(

It kicks butt compared to a pot b/c you can make one cup then reuse the leaves (or add more) for the next cup. In japan we make about 3 pots with the same leaves. Personally, Teavana is way too pricey - but what do you expect for commercializing something that has been around people for 20,000 years.... Ay my local tea shop (150+ teas) a pound of X tea is $24.. the same tea (X) at Teavana would be (is) $40.
